You contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp with the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of the problem.

Our technician comes to you at the agreed time, supports the vehicle safely and replaces the worn parts.
We explain the work done and what to keep an eye on afterwards. You pay on site by cash, card or Interac e-Transfer.
The vehicle just needs to be parked on a flat, accessible surface, such as your driveway or a parking lot. If you are in a building or workplace parking lot, simply check that the work is allowed there.
The parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which we specify when we quote. This service is offered for four-wheel passenger vehicles. We do not service motorcycles, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles.
It depends on your driving and your vehicle. A check at every tire change helps replace them at the right time, before they damage the rotors.
Not always. If the rotors are still thick enough and not warped, only the pads are replaced. We show you the condition of the parts before deciding.
Yes. The work is done on a flat surface with the vehicle securely supported, and we do a brake test before handing back the keys.
