You contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp with the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of the problem.
We confirm the price and the appointment time before we travel.
Our technician comes to you at the agreed time and does the maintenance on site, following your vehicle maintenance schedule.
We explain the work done and what to keep an eye on afterwards. You pay on site by cash, card or Interac e-Transfer.
The vehicle just needs to be parked on a flat, accessible surface, such as your driveway or a parking lot. If you are in a building or workplace parking lot, simply check that the work is allowed there.
The parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which we specify when we quote. This service is offered for four-wheel passenger vehicles. We do not service motorcycles, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles.
The manufacturer schedule lists the intervals by mileage and time. In practice, a full check at least once a year, and at every oil change, helps catch problems early.
Most manufacturer warranties mainly require maintenance to be done at the scheduled intervals, with the right parts and fluids. We give you a detailed invoice to keep. Still, check the terms of your warranty.
