You contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp with the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of the problem.
We confirm the price and the appointment time before we travel.
Our technician comes to you at the agreed time. The engine must be cold: we protect the sensitive parts, then clean the engine bay.
We explain the work done and what to keep an eye on afterwards. You pay on site by cash, card or Interac e-Transfer.
The vehicle just needs to be parked on a flat, accessible surface, such as your driveway or a parking lot. If you are in a building or workplace parking lot, simply check that the work is allowed there.
The parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which we specify when we quote. This service is offered for four-wheel passenger vehicles. We do not service motorcycles, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles.
Not when it is done properly. We work on a cold engine, protect the electrical parts and never use a high pressure jet on sensitive components.
In your driveway or in a parking lot where this type of work is allowed. Residue is collected: no product is released into the storm sewer.
Cleaning does not make the engine more powerful. It mainly helps keep rubber parts in good condition, spot a leak early and make future services easier.
