You contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp with the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of the problem.

We explain the work done and what to keep an eye on afterwards. You pay on site by cash, card or Interac e-Transfer.
The vehicle just needs to be parked on a flat, accessible surface, such as your driveway or a parking lot. If you are in a building or workplace parking lot, simply check that the work is allowed there.
The parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which we specify when we quote. This service is offered for four-wheel passenger vehicles. We do not service motorcycles, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles.
Pull over as soon as possible, turn off the engine and never open the radiator cap while hot. Driving on can seriously damage the engine. Contact us: we will come on site or arrange a tow.
Routine repairs, yes. Heavy work, such as a full rebuild, requires a shop: we tell you when we quote.
