You contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp with the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of the problem.
We confirm the price and the appointment time before we travel.
Our technician comes to you at the agreed time, with the tools and parts needed.
We explain the work done and what to keep an eye on afterwards. You pay on site by cash, card or Interac e-Transfer.
The vehicle just needs to be parked on a flat, accessible surface, such as your driveway or a parking lot. If you are in a building or workplace parking lot, simply check that the work is allowed there.
The parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which we specify when we quote. This service is offered for four-wheel passenger vehicles. We do not service motorcycles, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles or off-road vehicles.
Jobs that need a vehicle lift or fixed equipment, such as an internal transmission repair, cannot be done in a driveway. We tell you when we quote and, if needed, we arrange to tow your vehicle.
Our most common services have a fixed price: full synthetic oil change starting at $70, battery, alternator and starter test at $75, diagnostics starting at $100. For other repairs, we give you a complete price, parts included, before the job.
